Trendway follows the employer-pays principle. Do not pay unauthorized people. Always request an official receipt and contact our grievance team if anyone asks for an improper payment.

How can I apply?

Use the application form linked from an open vacancy or visit our Kathmandu office through official channels.

Where are vacancies published?

Verified vacancies appear on this website and Trendway’s official communication channels.

How long can recruitment take?

Timelines depend on the employer, government approvals, medical clearance and visa processing. We will explain the current stage without making unrealistic promises.

What happens after selection?

Selected candidates receive contract guidance, documentation support, medical and visa steps, and pre-departure orientation.

What support is available after placement?

Workers can contact Trendway’s support and grievance channels for follow-up, emergency coordination and complaint handling.

Can complaints be anonymous?

Yes. Contact details are optional in our grievance form. Anonymous reports may limit our ability to follow up, but will still be reviewed.

Will workers face retaliation for reporting?

Retaliation is not accepted. Complaints are treated carefully and confidentially, with information shared only as necessary for resolution.
